Forming Faithful Leaders for the Church
Our Pastoral Internships are immersive training programs designed to equip men and women for faithful service in the local church. Whether preparing for pastoral ministry, church planting, or developing specific ministry skills, these internships combine theological depth with practical, hands-on experience.
Each internship is tailored to its purpose and may range from a few months to a year. While participants meet regularly for theological learning, mentoring, and discussion, much of the training takes place through active service in the life of the church. We believe that ministry is best learned by faithfully serving God’s people under the guidance of experienced pastors and ministry leaders.
Every internship is built around four core areas of formation:
- Theological Learning to develop strong biblical and doctrinal foundations.
- Practical Ministry through meaningful service in the life of the local church.
- Leadership Development shaped by character, humility, and servant-hearted leadership.
- Skills Development tailored to the particular ministry pathway, whether pastoral care, preaching, discipleship, church planting, administration, worship, or other areas of ministry.
More than preparing people for a role, our desire is to form men and women who love Christ, cherish His Church, handle His Word faithfully, and serve His people with wisdom, humility, and joy.
As participants grow in biblical conviction and practical experience, they are equipped to strengthen existing churches, establish new ones, and faithfully serve wherever God calls them.
