Benefits of God’s Acquittal of Sinners

Bible Passage: Romans 5:1-5

I. God’s acquittal of sinful man has immediate and ongoing benefits. Let’s first look at the immediate benefits from 5:1-5.

II. Immediate benefits (5:1-5)

1. Peace with God (verse 1)
2. Access to God (verse 2)
3. Standing before God (verse 2)
4. Boasting/rejoicing in the hope of God’s glory (verse 2)
5. Gift of the Holy Spirit (verse 5)

Give your life voluntarily for the purpose of bringing pleasure to God (12:1)
