Benjamin Stephen has worked in biotech companies like Biocon, Reliance Life Sciences, and Biological E for several years. After his MDiv studies from SAIACS, Benjamin served at the Crossroad Church for 4 years as its Executive Pastor. His desire was to plant a “Gospel-entered, Missional” church in Jayanagar in south Bangalore, their home town. As a first step, Benjamin and Rashmi started a coffee shop—“Crossroad Café,” in May 2016 and began to meet a small core-group of believers from June 2016. After almost a year of outreach and Bible study, they moved their residence to Jayanagar so that they could focus completely on the church plant. The Crossroad Church and the elders commissioned Benjamin and Rashmi by the end of May 2017 and launched “Crossroad South.” Benjamin and Rashmi have two children: Gabriel and Jessica.
Jerome Christopher has worked for 14 years in Human Resources department in IT companies like Accenture, Virtual Dynamics, and Cranes Software until God called him to full time ministry in the year 2014. He has completed his MDiv in SAIACS. His desire was to start a “Gospel-Centered, Missional” church that is based on biblical truth in Bangalore East. In May of 2019, he was commissioned to plant a church in the eastern part of Bangalore. He is married to Priscilla and they have three daughters, Deborah, Daniella and Delisha.
Solomon Pani was born and brought up in a missionary family in Odisha. He earned his Master of Philosophy in New Testament from SAIACS in 2019 and worked as the Senior Faculty Member at Buntain Theological College, Kolkata. During this time, he felt God stir his heart to reach the North Indians in South India. He earned a Masters of Divinity at Southern Asia Bible College (SABC).
During his at SAIACS he came in contact with Dr. William J. Subash, the Lead Pastor of Crossroad Church, Bangalore. He was part of the church planting training and mentorship under Crossroad Church. He seeks to pioneer a Hindi church in the Whitefield area of Bangalore and was commissioned in September 2020. Solomon is married to Dipanjali, and they have two sons, Shalom and Shubham.
Navin Thomas has worked in the Banking and Finance Industry for 11 years with companies like ICICI Bank, GE Money and Fullerton India. In 2012, he resigned his job at Fullerton and pursued an M.Div. (New Testament) from SAIACS, Bangalore. In his final year, he joined as a church planting intern at Crossroad Church.
After his internship at Crossroad and graduation from SAIACS, he pastored a church in Dwarka, Delhi, which was a new church plant. In his 3-year tenure there he developed hands-on experience in pastoring a church. However, from his SAIACS days, the Lord had laid on him a burden to plant a church near the Delhi University, North Campus. In order to pursue this goal, he stepped down from his role as pastor at Dwarka in December 2017 and began to work towards a church in the North Campus. The Crossroad Church prayed over him and commissioned him for this church plant in October 2017. Navin and his wife Blessy have three kids: Asher, Karen and Suzanne.
Dalbir Singh is a graduate of SAIACS, Bangalore. The Lord led him to start a church plant in Mohali, Chandigarh. They have grown and have been meeting steadily for Sunday morning church services and bible studies. In the recent past, a new work has begun in Sector 38 west in Chandigarh and is steadily growing in number and understanding of the Word of God. They also minister in Sector 13 (Manimajra) and Sector 51 A(Chandigarh local). He is engaged in church planting as well as offering training to the pastors, local evangelists, and church elders both locally in the city and in other parts of Punjab. Dalbir and his wife, Kim have with two children.
Narayan Lamichhane was born and raised in Kathmandu, Nepal. While Narayan was pursuing his MDiv at SAIACS, Bangalore, he joined the Crossroad Church as a church planting intern. Upon his successful completion of both his studies and internship, at his request the elders of the Crossroad Church commissioned him to plant a “Gospel-centered, Missional” church in Kathmandu, Nepal. Presently, Narayan is pastoring “Krushko Sandesh Mandali.” Narayan and his wife, Isha, have two children.
Tia Aier and Aienla are from the state of Nagaland, India. They were married in 2007 and have two children – Caleb and Apensa. After finishing his theological education, Tia worked in the hospitality industry for two years. He joined Tabernacle Baptist Bible College in 2002 as a teaching faculty and has taught for 19 years at TBBC.
In 2013, he and his family joined The Crossroad Church Bangalore as founding members and served as Pastor of Member Care. In 2020, he and his family accepted the call of God to be a church planter in Mokokchung, Nagaland. Being commissioned by The Crossroad Church Bangalore, they have relocated to Mokokchung for the same.
